A social initiative to make Hong Kong a disability-friendly city for workers.

We began the campaign by designing a brand name and identity for this initiative.
We introduced two online videos that feature two talents with disabilities, one demonstrating the art of communication and the other showing how actions can speak louder than words.
Then the campaign was followed by a mock job interview video, where the interviewer and candidates are separated by a white curtain.
After recruiting employers to participate in this initiative, AIA MPF hosted a student workshop and coached the candidates for job-hunting and social skills in the workplace. The company also hired candidates with disabilities as permanent staff, and offered a special discount in management fees to employers who hire candidates with disabilities.
Let's Work Together becomes the hub to gather the efforts and to advocate Hong Kong as an employee's friendly city, for not only people with disabilities, but all of us.
